Information We Collect

We collect information about you in the following ways:

• Server and security data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to serve the Site and protect it from abuse. If a verification challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha) is enabled on the contact form, the provider processes similar technical data to decide whether a submission is automated.
• Live chat data (only if you enable chat): if you choose to enable the live chat widget, we and our chat provider collect the information you provide during the session, including your name, email address, and messages, together with technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other advertising or behavioural analytics service on the Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and requests for a discovery call.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• Monitor and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity and enforce these terms.

Currently these are Cloudflare (hosting, security, and optional form verification), Web3Forms (contact form delivery to our email), Zoho SalesIQ (live chat, only if you enable it), and hCaptcha (optional form verification). Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and applicable data protection obligations.

Cookies, Live Chat, and Your Choices

The Site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have enabled or declined live chat.

Live chat (Zoho SalesIQ): chat is off by default. It is provided by Zoho Corporation and loads only after you click "Enable chat" in the prompt shown on the Site. Once enabled, Zoho SalesIQ sets cookies and may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL in order to provide chat and analyse visitor behaviour. If you start a chat, the information you provide, including your name, email address, and message content, is transmitted to and stored by Zoho. Your choice is remembered in your browser; you can change it at any time using the "Live chat settings" link in the footer or by clearing your browser's site data. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because the Site does not sell or share personal information and sets no tracking cookies of its own, there is nothing further to opt out of. Enabling chat is always your affirmative choice.
